Sleep apnea is a sleep problem that can have serious health consequences. Sleep apnea occurs when breathing repeatedly stops and starts throughout the night. Choking or snoring sounds are common when breathing resumes. Sleep apnea is common if you snore loudly and feel exhausted even after a full night's rest. recover. Vibra: You can adjust settings in the app to receive real-time notifications when certain events happen while you sleep. For example, if your blood oxygen levels drop due to sleeping position or snoring, the app may cause your device to vibrate slightly. Reduce the risk of sleep apnea.
Based on the data Go2Sleep collects during the night, the app generates a personalized sleep report. The report compares your daily, weekly and monthly sleep data. Using this data, it also gives you helpful tips and suggestions to improve your sleep quality.

Not FDA Approved:The Go2Sleep device has not been officially approved by the FDA for use as a sleep apnea diagnostic test. You should still consult your doctor for a final diagnosis. However, Go2Sleep is a good starting point to determine if any sleep disturbances are affecting sleep quality and whether they are the cause of fatigue.
A type of sleep apnea: Because the device does not directly measure airflow or breathing rate, it cannot differentiate between obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and central sleep apnea (CSA). Regardless, the device is an important first step in determining if you have sleep apnea, and can easily send your Sleepon app reports to your doctor for a definitive diagnosis.

my experience:Overall, I think this gadget is a good investment if you're looking to better understand your sleep. If you often feel tired during the day and wake up feeling tired, you may not be getting enough sleep and may have symptoms of sleep apnea. The Go2Sleep Ring is a great place to start researching your sleep patterns and quality. I like that the app is very easy to navigate and clearly displays all the important sleep metrics the doorbell has recorded during the night. Amazingly, Sleep Report is free and requires no monthly subscription.
Thought I'd check in and give you an update on the Go2Sleep ring since I've been using it for over 6 months! This is by far my favorite device for monitoring sleep quality, duration, and more.
I found it to be great for nighttime use, and the app syncs with the ring really fast. The app's dashboard is nicely presented graphically. All information at a glance.
