4.no trucks: Certain uses and other activities of the Truck which you or an Authorized Additional Driver may or may not perform will constitute a violation of this Agreement. Violation of this paragraph will automatically terminate your lease and exclude any coverage of liability and any optional services you have accepted, including but not limited to coverage of liability, additional liability coverage, personal accident insurance, cargo protection, extended liability advertising assistance, possible Selected Physical Disclaimer, Limited Liability Disclaimer, or Exclusion of Commercial Damages. We are also held responsible for all penalties, fines, damages, liabilities and costs of restoration and storage, including all legal fees, costs and expenses that we may incur. a) for reckless conduct or conduct for which he could reasonably be charged with a felony or misdemeanor, including conduct related to the transportation of controlled substances or contraband;
b) Push or tow anything other than cheap towing equipment, such as another person's trailer (including your own), or use cheap towing equipment on your own or another person's vehicle;

d) being driven by someone other than you or an authorized additional driver;
e) races, tests or competitions on off-road or modified paved surfaces;

g) Facilitating vehicle vandalism or theft, such as leaving a truck without removing or inserting keys or failing to close and lock all doors and windows;
h) if the vehicle was obtained on the basis of false or misleading information;
i) when the driver is under the influence of alcohol or controlled drugs;
j) transport any car, truck, animal or person in the cargo area of the car;
k) in any area where there is an unusual risk of damage to the truck, such as areas of strikes, labor or social unrest or violence, or areas of natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods, fires, earthquakes or landslides (if such can be reasonably foreseen class situation);
l) anywhere outside the continental United States (i.e. Alaska, Canada or Mexico);
m) store, handle, transport or dispose of any regulated toxic or hazardous substance or waste, such as corrosive, poisonous, flammable substances (such as gasoline, propane or petroleum), explosive, accelerating or radioactive substances and biohazardous substances ( such as waste medical waste);
n) Improper refueling, such as adding petrol to a diesel vehicle or adding diesel to a petrol vehicle; or improper delivery of diesel engine oil (“DEF”);
o) failure to report any damage or loss to the vehicle immediately when it occurs or becomes known to you, and you fail to provide us with a written accident/incident report or cooperate fully with our investigation; or, as required by law, Failure to report the accident to the authorities;
p) intentional or illegal activities;
q) Photograph our trucks or trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted material, including but not limited to logos or signs, without the express written consent of Budget Truck Rental, LLC, except to the extent permitted by law.
5.who can drive a truck: You certify that you are a competent driver with a valid driver's license and that your license has not been suspended, revoked or restricted in any way. except you,onlyThe following persons (and no others) are authorized additional drivers who may drive the truck: a)consumer leasing– persons listed on the lease documents at the start of the lease (spouses and common-law partners are not authorized additional drivers unless listed on the lease documents), for which you will pay an additional fee, b)Commercial Lease / No BTR Account– Only those who are listed as drivers on the rental documents. With your express consent, the following additional persons may drive the truck for an additional fee: your employees, permanent colleagues, employers or official business partners for commercial purposes, c)Business Lease/BTR Account – (defined as having a corporate account with us) the express consent of your employees, permanent colleagues, employers or official business partners when carrying out business activities, provided that the commercial lease comes from a BTR account. You understand that all drivers, including but not limited to you and all other authorized drivers, must: be at least 18 years of age, hold proper licenses and qualifications, which may include having a proper employment driver's license. You understand that you are solely responsible for identifying or obtaining the proper licenses, signs and documents to operate your truck. Drivers under lockdown restrictions (alcohol) are not permitted to rent or drive trucks. There may also be an additional daily fee if you or another authorized driver is under the age of 24. We may make other requirements from time to time.
6.fuel:The rental price does not include fuel costs. When the lease starts, the car's battery is fully charged. You understand that you are responsible for all fuel used during the rental period. You understand that if you return your vehicle to a location that does not sell fuel or offer optional refueling, you must return your vehicle with a full fuel tank. If fuel is sold at the point of discharge, you acknowledge that you may refuel at your own expense at that point at the then prevailing fuel rate or at any selected fuel retailer. If you choose not to fill up your tank prior to your return trip, you agree to pay a refueling service charge in addition to (a) the actual retail fuel cost of refueling the truck (if fuel is sold at that location) or (b) the fuel charge for the truck . Competitive gallon rate (measured with factory-installed 1/8 fuel gauge). You understand that optional fuel or refueling service is not available at all locations and that rates vary by location. Competitive gallon rates can be higher than retail fuel prices at fuel retailers such as gas stations. 7.truck return:You will return the vehicle to us on the date and time specified in the rental documents in the same conditions as the rental. As per our request, it must be returned in advance. If you return early or late, you may be charged a different or higher fee; if you return late, you may be charged a late fee. You will return the vehicle to the location where you rented it, unless a different return location is stated on the rental documents. If you do not return your car to the correct drop-off location, you will be required to pay a fee and understand that a rental fee may be charged for this, and you understand that your rental fee may vary. If no expiration date and time are specified on the rental documents, you will return the vehicle upon our request or within three (3) days of renting the vehicle.If the vehicle is not returned on the date and time specified in the rental documents, you will pay a late fee and understand that the rental fee is subject to change. A substantial service fee of $25.00 or more may be charged if the vehicle is returned unclean or if any accessories are not returned in the condition they arrived. If you return your vehicle after the lot has closed, you must use the drop-off box to return the keys and place the rental agreement. You remain responsible for the vehicle and for all loads, loss and damage to the vehicle prior to opening the facility and vehicle location on site. If the keys are not in the box and the vehicle is not on the property, you are in breach of this agreement.

9.Breach of Contract, Property Services and Related Fees:If you fail to perform your obligations under this Agreement, in addition to our losses, we will be entitled to reasonable costs and expenses, reasonable management fees and attorneys' fees associated with enforcing this Agreement. If we repossess the truck, we will have a lien on all of your property on the truck or any equipment on the truck. This warranty covers all outstanding costs and expenses payable by us under this agreement. You grant us a lien on all such property to secure payment of all such fees and expenses. We are also authorized to act as your agent for the unloading, inventory and storage of any property and payment to third party suppliers. If you fail to pay all fees and expenses due hereunder or do not recover your property after payment, then we (or our agents) may, in our sole discretion, dispose of and/or waive the property. We are under no obligation to notify you in advance of any such disposition or instruction. 10.Fees and Rental Fees:

A。Fees/PLATEPASS®:
You are responsible for paying all tolls incurred during the rental period. Budget Truck offers an optional service through our partner PlatePass that allows customers to use electronic toll lanes on highways, bridges, tunnels and other toll junctions. All Budget Trucks license plates are provided to PlatePass, our third-party provider of electronic toll processing. If you do not self-pay tolls as described below (see "Deactivation of Electronic Tolls"), you will automatically be enrolled in PlatePass service and pay the fees described here, which are included in the signed rental document. If you use PlatePass at any time during your rental period, you agree to pay a convenience fee per billing day, up to a maximum of one rental period (not to exceed 30 days). You can avoid utility bills and all other costs by using cash, using your own electronic toll collection device, or avoiding cashless roads or passages.
You authorize us to disclose rental and credit/debit card information relating to your rental to ATS Processing Services, LLC and its affiliates (ATS), acting as our agent, for the purposes of processing tolls and toll violations incurred by you and Bill you a fee or bill you based on the assessment. 16.Limitation of Liability, Supplemental Liability Insurance and Indemnity:

C。Basic Liability Insurance (BLI):When added to a rental agreement, Budget Truck Rental, LLC will expand your coverage to 100/300/25 for the base position. Your own liability insurance will not be called for contributions unless you use up 100/300/25. D .If you accept Supplemental Liability Insurance (“SLI”) at the commencement of your rental and pay for the SLI as directed on the rental documents, the higher liability insurance limits provided by the SLI will apply to your rental. The coverage provided by SLI is basic coverage with an aggregate liability coverage limit of $1,000,000 per person for bodily injury, death or property damage, not to exceed $1,000,000 per incident, and not the minimum limits set forth in Section 16A. SLI will be provided to you and any other authorized driver under a separate policy of liability insurance as detailed in the leaflet available from the rental shop; subject to all conditions and restrictions described in the rental shop leaflet; and subject to all terms set out in clause 16A and limitations, but notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, these termsSLI policies will always be in control. SLI provides protection against third party claims only. 17.Insurance offered to business account customers:
A。If you are a business account customer, you can choose liability coverage instead of purchasing our liability coverage and damage waiver. If you follow the rental documents, you agree to insure the truck under Budget Truck Rental, LLC and Budget Rent A Car System, Inc.'s standard auto liability insurance policy. Included as an add-on insurance covering all risks of loss of or damage to persons or property, regardless of fault, arising out of owning, maintaining, using or operating the vehicle during the rental period. The limits of this coverage will not be less than a combined single limit of $750,000, or any higher limit we may require, for any bodily injury and property damage resulting from an accident. You agree to provide us with a certificate of insurance confirming required coverage and limits of liability prior to using the wheelchair. You agree that if you choose to provide your own liability insurance, the optional SLI will not be available.
B.You agree to indemnify, indemnify and hold us and our insurance company harmless from and against any costs (including attorneys' fees and court costs), damages and/or liabilities incurred in connection with (ie) excess owning, using or operating the truck. 22.optional road safety net™:This optional coverage is available at all participating locations.This optional coverage is only available to non-commercial customers who use the car for non-commercial purposes.If you accept Roadside SafetyNet TM (“SafetyNet”) at the commencement of your rental, and subject to the rental agreement, you will not be liable for roadside service charges for the following services: puncture assistance, tire replacement, wheel replacement, key replacement, Lockout service, jump start, tow to the nearest authorized repairer (excluding collision towing), and fuel delivery (up to $10.00 for fuel delivery). Engine damage is not covered. Roadside SafetyNet will expire if, before or during an event requiring roadside assistance, you (or any authorized driver) breaches the rental agreement, including but not limited to the prohibited uses and violations set forth in this agreement. booking policy
Bookings are only price guaranteed upon confirmation of a deposit via credit card and show customer preference for pick-up location, drop-off location, rental time, rental date and equipment type.
The pick-up location, drop-off location, rental time and date selected on the booking are preferences only and Budget Truck Rental (“BTR”) reserves the right to offer alternatives if the selected preference is not available. client.
All equipment selected at the time of booking is subject to availability at the time of pick-up. If the required equipment cannot be supplied, BTR reserves the right to replace the equipment at no additional cost to the customer.
Prices booked online do not include applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, additional accessories, protection plans purchased at time of lease, required refundable deposits, moving materials or other applicable charges. A fee will be charged upon withdrawal.
If the customer needs to cancel or modify the reservation in any way, they must contact BTR at least 48 hours before the pickup date and time listed on the thank you page and confirmation email. Failure to notify BTR within this period may result in a $75 cancellation fee being charged to the customer's credit/debit card. Budget, with its online booking system, gives one-way customers enough time to complete their move safely. Estimated travel times for one-way rentals are for guidance only. Trip mileage and duration may vary from budget estimates. Budget will enable customers to purchase additional days or miles by contacting directly the Budget Truck Rental pickup location listed on the thank you page. Customers can add days for $70 per day and miles for $0.70 per mile between regular business hours and before car pickup. If customers book additional days and/or miles at or after pickup, they will be charged $85 per day for additional days and $0.85 per mile for additional miles. Extra days and prepaid miles are non-refundable, including purchased but unused miles.
For local rentals, customers will pay for the actual mileage and days the equipment is used.
Online discounts may not be combined with any other price, promotion or rebate offer.
For one-way rentals, the average deposit is $150. For local rents, the average deposit amount is over $150 or 1.5 times the estimated gross rent, but can be higher in some metropolitan areas.
If the customer chooses to pay the rental with a credit or debit card, the cardholder must present the credit/debit card at the time of rental.
When renting, Budget will require two forms of valid and current identification from the person signing the rental agreement. Acceptable forms of identification include: valid U.S. driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport, social security card, vehicle registration, phone bill and/or military ID, workplace, major credit card, and check or salary. The budget would also require all rental drivers to have a valid U.S. driver's license.
All towing equipment is recommended based on the trailer manufacturer's guidelines and vehicle information provided by the customer. Different vehicles may require different towing equipment. Some vehicles may not be towable and should not be towed if outside the trailer manufacturer's guidelines. Budget assumes no responsibility for damage resulting from the use of towing equipment, nor does Budget warrant that the equipment is fit for any particular purpose. Budget trucks will have the towing equipment attached to the rental truck upon pickup, but will not be able to drive the tow vehicle to the towing equipment. This will be the customer's responsibility. Budget Truck will provide instructions explaining the proper way to drive the vehicle onto our towing equipment.
Local rent returned after the due date is subject to the following fees:
